Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the first prayer has rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been relieved from her original place of posting on 22.06.2024. However the grievance is that she is not being allowed to join the transferred post at Jhansi.
Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 3, 4 & 5 seeks time to obtain instructions disclosing the reasons as to what is the factual or legal impediment in facilitating joining of the petitioner on the transferred post and, in case, there is no factual or legal impediment, the petitioner shall be permitted to join on the transferred post within ten days.
