Heard Sri Parvat Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Archana Tyagi, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State and perused the records.

By means of the instant writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.3-District Inspector of Schools, Fatehpur to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 5.6.2024 submitted by the petitioner.

Amongst various grievances raised through the aforesaid representation, the petitioner has also submitted that he has not been paid salary from January, 2022 to October, 2022 and he is being paid salary since November 2022.

The learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid limited prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances of the case, the instant petition may be disposed of without issuing a notice to the respondent No.5-Principal, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Government Model Inter College, Latifpur, Fatehpur.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the District Inspector of Schools, Fatehpur raising all his grievances within a period of one week from today along with certified copy of this order and the District Inspector of Schools, Fatehpur shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order and communicate the order so passed

to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the representation.

It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the case and is left to be done by the District Inspector of Schools, Fatehpur.
