In deference to the order dated 13.12.2024 passed by this Court, the District Inspector of Schools, Ballia, Mr. Devendra Kumar Gupta is present in person. He has filed a personal affidavit as directed by this Court.

The affidavit filed by the District Inspector of Schools, Ballia does not indicate the reason as to why the instructions were not provided for such a long period.

Sri Ranvijay Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel prays for ten days' further time to file supplementary affidavit indicating the reasons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither the instructions were provided nor the salary is being paid to the petitioner, which has been stopped without any reason.

Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the officer is not in a position to explain as to why the salary has been stopped and he has called the record and only after going through the same, he can assist the Court.

As prayed, list this case on 06th January, 2025 in terms of the previous order to enable learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel to file supplementary personal affidavit of the officer and complete instructions.
