- Heard Sri Qazi Vakil Ahmad, learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondents no.1 & 2, Sri Atul Kumar Shahi, Advocate, has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no.3 and Sri K. Shahi, Advocate, for the respondent no.4.
- The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayers :-
"a) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no.1 to absorb the petitioner on appropriate regular post with pay-scale as per his eligibility and ability in any of the department in view of their long service as Supervisor/Instructor in department.
b) Issue a writ order a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 1 to consider the claim of the petitioner in light of direction issued by this Hon'ble Court on 21.04.2022 in Civil Misc. Writ Petition A No. 38477 of 2016 and on 25.05.2022 in Civil Misc. Writ Petition A No. 3068 of 2022 without any further delay."
