Shri Alok Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner states that certain wrong documents have been annexed in the petition and as such, he does not intend to press on with the writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
