The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to issue direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 04.09.2023 passed by respondent no.2. It has further been prayed to issue direction to Opposite Party No.3 to appoint the petitioner at the post of Junior Assistant for which the petitioner was finally selected in the U.P. Civil Court Staff centralized recruitment examination 2022-23, in the interest of justice.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh and the present writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
As prayed, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
