Shri Gaurav Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3 has raised a preliminary objection regarding the maintainability of the present writ petition filed by the Berojgar Audyogik Kalyan Samiti in the light of Full Bench decision of this Court in the case of Umesh Chanda Vinod Kumar vs. Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samitim Bharthana and others reported in AIR 1984 Allahabad Page 46 .
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition as dismissed as not pressed with the liberty to file fresh.
As prayed, the present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty to file fresh.
