Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties no. 1 & 2 and Mr. Prashant Kumar Singh, learned counsel for opposite parties no. 3 & 4.
The primary submission of learned counsel for petitioner is that despite the fact that petitioner has been appointed as a teacher in the Primary School concerned, she has been assigned various other duties as Booth Level Officer ever since 22.09.2023 due to which her primary duty as a teacher is being seriously hampered. It is submitted that despite efforts by her to make the authorities concerned with regard to a predicament, nothing has been done.
Learned counsel for opposite parties no. 2 & 4 are directed to file a short affidavit with regard to such submissions.
