- Heard Shri Mohd. Tauseef Siddiqui, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Sandeep Sharma, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
- By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following main relief(s):
" i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 25.09.2023 and 10.01.2024 passed by Opposite Party No.3 contained as Annexure No. 9 & 10 to this writ petition with all consequential benefits.
ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to pay post retiral dues and pensionary benefits to the Petitioner w.e.f. initial ad-hoc appointment of the petitioner as has been paid to the other similarly situated Drivers namely Umesh Chandra, Ram Manohar, Bal Diwakar, Yasin Ahmad, Prem Shanker Pandey alongwith arrear and interest within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
iii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite parties to extend the benefit of the order dated 15.09.2021 passed in Writ A No. 15529 of 2018 (Dr. Ram Sharan Tripathi and Others vs. State of U.P. and Others), Special Appeal No. 152 of 2021 (State of U.P. vs. Bhanu Pratap) decided on 14.07.2021 and Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. 10381 of 2022 (State of U.P. and Others vs. Bhanu Pratap) decided on 11.07.2022 to the petitioner also. "
