1.Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record.
2.The present bail application has been filed by accusedapplicant seeking bail in Case Crime No.122 of 2021, under Sections 307, 386, 352, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Pratapgarh.
3.In the prosecution case it is alleged that on 06.10.2021 at about 01:45 pm the brother of the complainant Harshad (injured) while returning from Mahuli Mandi to home as soon as he reached near Begumward crossing, the applicant hurled abuses to him as to why he has not paid Rs.20,000/- as Gunda Tax thereafter, for non-payment of Gunda Tax applicant shot him by a country made pistol with an intent to kill, the bullet came on the neck of the injured.
