Petitioner before this Court is claiming post retirement benefits like pension in terms of the orders of this Court passed in Writ - A No. 21085 of 2023 and Writ - A No. 4608 of 2024, copies whereof have been brought on record as Annexure No. 6 to the writ petition.
Per contra, Sri Utkarsh Prakash Singh, learned Advocate appearing for the concerned local body submits that judgment in the leading petition in Azad Singh's case has been stayed in Special Appeal Defective No. 415 of 2024, Meerut Development Authority, Meerut v. Azad Singh & Another by the Division Bench, copy whereof has been placed before this Court which is taken on record.
Let this petition be listed after disposal of Special Appeal Defective No. 415 of 2024.
