Heard learned counsel for petitioners, learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party No.1 and Mr. Prashant Kumar Singh learned counsel for opposite parties 2 and 3.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to ensure payment of minimum of pay scale of a Class IV post in terms of 7th Pay Commission recommendations with effect from Ist January, 2016.

It has been submitted that petitioners are working with opposite party university since the year 1983 onwards and in terms of directions issued by this Court, are being paid minimum of the pay scale as per recommendation of the 6th pay commission which is not being enhanced in pursuance of recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission.

For the aforesaid grievance, the petitioners have already submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh individual representations before the competent authority.

Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before pposite party No. 3 i.e. Vice Chancellor, Acharya Narendra Dev University of Agriculture and Technology, district Faizabad/Ayodhya or any other competent authority. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided within period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
