Heard learned counsel for petitioners, learned State Counsel for opposite parties no. 1 & 2, Mr. Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel for opposite party no.3 and Mr. Kumar Ayush, learned counsel for opposite parties no.4 & 5.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to pay salary for the post of Head-master alongwith arrears since the date they were given the charge of the said post in the light of judgment and order dated 15.05.2024 passed in Writ-A No. 18228 of 2022 (Tripurari Dubey and another versus State of U.P. and 4 others).

For the said grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh individual representation before the authority concerned. At present, learned counsel for petitioners restricts his prayer for a final decision with regard to same.

Considering the innocuous prayer without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioners to file fresh individual representation before opposite party no. 4 i.e. District Basic Education Officer, Bahraich which shall be considered and decided in the light of aforesaid judgment in case the same is applicable, within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before said authority.

With aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of.
