Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties no.1, 2, 3 & 5 and Mr. Anurag Singh Rathaur, Advocate holding brief on behalf of Mr. R.B.S. Rathaur, learned counsel for opposite party no.4.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for making payment of post retiral benefits to petitioner alongwith interest in view of the fact that petitioner has superannuated from the post of Lecturer in the subject of Mathematics on 31.03.2023 from Feroze Gandhi Polytechnic, Raebareli, U.P.

Learned counsel for opposite party on the basis of instructions submits that there are certain discrepancies with regard to service records of petitioner for which purpose, a Three Member Committee has been constituted not only for the petitioner but for resolving such dispute with regard to other teachers as well and appropriate action shall be taken once report is submitted.

In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, opposite party No.2 i.e. Director, Directorate of Technical Education Uttar Pradesh, Vikas Nagar, Kanpur, U.P. is directed to ensure redressal of said grievances within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the said authority. In case petitioner is found entitled for the said relief, actual payment thereof shall be ensured within a period of six weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation, petition stands disposed of .
