1. Heard Sri Ram Sewak, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri Hari Prasad Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Jogendra Nath Verma, learned Standing Counsel for the State.
2. By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:-
"(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to ensure the revision of the pension of the petitioner adding 25% N.P.A. as per Government Order dated 24.08.2009 issued in compliance of the recommendation of the 6th Pay Committee Report.
(ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to ensure the payment of the arrears of the revise pension of the petitioner due from 24.08.2009 to 09.03.2019 with interest at market rate."
