It is contended by Shri Diwakar Prasad Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner that the suspension order was passed on 11.10.2023 by the respondent No.3Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Gonda, District-Gonda. Till date, the petitioner has not been served with a charge-sheet.
Shri Anil Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent No.2 prays for and is granted 10 days time to obtain instructions in the matter.
In case the instructions are not forthcoming and sufficient cause for failure to draw up the charge-sheet is not disclosed, the respondent No.3-Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Gonda, District-Gonda shall appear in person before the Court on the next date of listing.
