Petitioners have filed present writ petition praying for following primary relief:-
"(i) Issue a writ, or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 to issue necessary directives to the opposite party no. 6 for releasing the withheld honorarium relating to 11 months working of the petitioner from December 2018 to November 2019 on the post of date entry operator on contract basis, in the interest of justice."
Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the grievance of the petitioners would be sufficiently met in case their representation is decided by the opposite party No.3, Commissioner/Secretary Computer Cell, Board of Revenue U.P., Lucknow, in a time bound manner to which, learned counsel for opposite parties has no objection.
In view of aforesaid, the petitioners are permitted to move a fresh representation to the opposite party No.3 within a period of three weeks from today, annexing therewith a certified copy of this order as well as all other documents to support their case. In case such a representation is moved, the opposite party No.3 shall consider and decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him.
The writ petition is disposed of.
