Heard learned counsel for petitioners, learned State Counsel for opposite party no.1 and Mr. Arun Kumar Singh, Advocate holing brief on behalf of Mr. Rishabh Tripathi, learned counsel for opposite parties 2 and 3.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned to grant Selection Grade to petitioners after completion of ten years' satisfactory service along with arrears from the date on which regular pay-scale has been granted with effect from year 2018.

It has been submitted that by means of letters dated 27.02.2024, recommendation has been made for grant of Selection Grade to petitioners.

In view of submissions advanced by learned counsel for parties and perusal of material on record, it appears that recommendation dated 27.02.2024 has already been made for grant of Selection Grade to petitioners.

In view of aforesaid, petitioners are granted liberty to furnish a representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. District Basic Education Officer, District Sitapur for grant of such benefit, which if made, shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, in the light of the recommendation within a period of six weeks from the date a copy of this order along with representation is produced before said authority.

With aforesaid observations and directions, the petition is finally disposed of .
