Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

The present writ petition has been preferred for issuing direction to the respondents to release the post retiral gratuity, half salary of suspension period i.e. with effect from 19.08.2016 to 21.10.2016 bonus of seven years i.e. 19.08.2016 to 31.01.2023 and full pension in favour of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the above mentioned relief after the retirement on 31.01.2023, the petitioner has made a representation dated 19.05.2023 to the respondents which is still pending and the decision is to be taken by the respondent no. 4.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that a direction may be issued to respondent no. 4 to take a decision on representation of the petitioner dated 19.05.2023 within a stipulated time fame, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

On the request of learned counsel for the petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 19.05.2023, in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date certified copy of this order is served.
