"Heard.
The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite the petitioner having retired on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.12.2022, her retiral dues have not been paid till date although certain amount have been transferred in the bank account of the petitioner without giving the details thereof.
Learned Standing counsel prays for and is granted a week's time to seek instructions in the matter.
