The original service book relating to the petitioner, which may be available with the opposite parties, shall not be weeded out or destroyed. The same shall be preserved and a true copy thereof shall be annexed with the counter affidavit. The service record of one Ram Chandra Maurya, son of Harish Chandra Maurya, whose name is referred in the writ petition and was also referred in the pleadings before the Tribunal, shall also not be weeded out or destroyed and shall be preserved. A true copy thereof shall also be filed along with the counter affidavit.
