Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.K.Bajpai, learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents.
Sri V.K.Bajpai, learned Standing counsel states that the respondents would be deciding the representation preferred by the petitioner dated 07.10.2021, a copy of which is annexure 5 to the writ petition within the time as specified by the Court.
Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the competent authority who is said to be respondent no. 3 i.e The Manager, District Industries Center, District- Barabanki to decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 07.10.2021 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case as set forth by the petitioner.
