This case has been taken up on the basis of urgency expressed by learned counsel for the petitioner of the petitioner having been required to submit the documents by 28.04.2024 after a selection as Agniveer. However, considering the pleadings and the prayer as made in the petition and upon the same being pointed out, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the instant petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
