Instant writ petition has been filed praying for a mandamus commanding the respondents to pay the medical reimbursement amount of approximately Rs. 63,641/- and odd.
Today, Ms. Deep Sikha, learned Chief Standing counsel on the basis of instructions sent by the respondent no. 3 i.e Finance and Account Officer (Basic Education), District- Lucknow dated 10.05.2024 states that entire amount has been paid to the petitioner on 10.05.2024 itself.
Learned counsel for the petitioner also agrees that the amount has been paid to the petitioner.
As the amount has been paid to the petitioner as such, nothing further survives in the petition accordingly, the writ petition is consigned to record.
