Application has been filed seeking substitution of sole petitioner who is said to have passed away on 09.03.2018. The application is within time and no objections thereto has been filed. In the affidavit filed in support of the Application, it has been stated that Applicant no.1 is the husband of the deceased and cause to sue survives to heirs of deceased. The application therefore is allowed.
Consequential amendments in memorandum of petition shall be incorporated during course of the day.
