After demise of the petitioner, his brother has moved an impleadment application (C.M. Application No. 9 of 2023, which is allowed and the counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary amendment/incorporation in the writ petition during course of the day.
Learned counsel for the newly substituted petitioner has submitted that he does not want to press the present writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh.
