The petitioner has claimed that she is not being permitted to join as a full time teacher in Kasturba Gandhi Awasiya Balika Vidyalaya, Oosarahar, Takha, Etawah.
Learned counsel for the BSA contends that the appointment of the petitioner has been cancelled by order dated 27.11.2024.
The cause on which the writ petition was founded does not survive. The writ petition has become infructuous.
It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order of cancellation.
The writ petition is dismissed.
