Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party No.1 and Mr. Amit Arora learned counsel for opposite parties 2 to 4.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for deciding petitioner's application dated 6th April, 2021 for compassionate appointment in lieu of services rendered by her father late Rajesh Kumar Srivastava who passed away on 3rd September, 2020 leaving behind petitioner and her elder brother as his heirs.

It is submitted that petitioner is covered by the U.P. Recruitment of Dependants of Government Servants Dying In Harness Rules, 1974 as amended, which were applicable upon the corporation.

Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to move a fresh representation before opposite party No.3 i.e. Deputy Manager (Personnel-3), U.P. State Bridge Corporation Ltd. Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided within period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. The petitioner shall annex a copy of the application dated 6th April, 2021 and the recommendation dated 25th May, 2021 along with copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
