The petitioner has applied for inter-district transfer from district Chitrakoot to District Kanpur Nagar on the ground of medical exigencies. He has preferred a representation dated 26.06.2024 to the Secretary, Basic Shiksha Parishad, Prayagraj. The petitioner has cited his ailment of serious consequences and the policy in this regard entitling him to transfer to a suitable district.
Considering the fact that the prayer is limited to a direction to respondent No.2-the Secretary, Basic Shiksha Parishad, Prayagraj to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2024 for an inter-district transfer, we direct that the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2024 shall be decided within ten days, hence, and the result thereof communicated to the petitioner within three days of the decision being recorded by the Secretary aforesaid.
This petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid orders.
