"The Divisional Forest Officer (Conservation of Wildlife Division), Ramnagar, Varanasi shall show cause why the petitioner's seniority in the cadre of Forest Guard has not been decided so far. Cause shall be shown by the Divisional Forest Officer aforesaid on his own affidavit, within a week.
In case, by the date next scheduled, the petitioner's seniority is decided, the relevant order passed by the Divisional Forest Officer shall be annexed along with the return.
Adjourned to 03.10.2024.
To be taken up as fresh.
