Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Mr. Anand Dwivedi, learned Counsel for opposite party no. 1 and Ms. Nidhi Singh, learned counsel for opposite party nos. 2 & 3.

The present petition has been filed with the following main relief:-

"A writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus Directing to the opposite party no-3 Additional General Manager, (Unit Head) ITI limited, Doorbhash Nagar, Raebareli, U.P. to pay post retiral dues total amount of Provided Fund to the Petitioner, Which are admittedly due available for the values of Provident Fund (PF) amount along with interest."

Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to move a fresh representation before opposite party No. 3 i.e. Additional General Manager (Unit Head) ITI Limited, Raebareli, U.P. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided within period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. In case petitioner is found entitled for the aforesaid benefits, actual payment thereof shall be ensured within a period of six weeks thereafter. The concerned authority shall also consider the aspect of interest on delayed payment.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
