Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms Nidhi Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents No.2 and 3.
After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
Learned counsel for respondents has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
