Heard Shr Ravi Shankar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and Shri Pajkaj Kumar, Advocate holding brief of Shri Sampurna Nand Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent nos.3 and 4.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has retired after attaining the age of superannuation on 30.06.2023 but till date the retiral dues has not been paid to the petitioner despite the representation made by the petitioner on 27.07.2024. Therefore, he makes an innocuous prayer for a direction to the respondent no.4 to consider and make the payment of retiral dues. To which there is no objection by the learned counsel for the respondents.

In view of above and without entering into the merit of the case, this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.4 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 27.07.2024 contained in annexure no.5 to the writ petition expeditiously say within a period of four weeks from the date of certified copy of this Court.

Consequences to follow, accordingly, as per law.
