Hon'ble Rajnish Kumar,J.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that on account of some disciplinary proceedings the A.C.P. was not given to the petitioner at the relevant point of time. Now, the disciplinary proceedings has been dropped without any punishment, thereafter the case of the petitioner has been referred to the Head Office by means of the letter dated 16.10.2020, contained as annexure no.13 at page no.69 of the petition but till date no decision has been taken thereon.
Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted a week's time to seek instructions as to whether any decision has been taken or not, and if not, why the decision has not been taken till date and who is responsible for it because a retired employee has to approach this Court only for it.
As prayed, a week's time is granted.
