1 . Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents No.1 & 2 and Dr. Udaiveer Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3.

2 . With the consent of the parties, the matter is being decided finally.

¶9

3 . Under challenge is the notice dated 05.08.2024, a copy of which is Annexure-1 to the petition whereby the petitioner has been required to bring the documents pertaining to his and his father's appointment and submit an explanation and till then he would not be paid salary.

4 . Dr. Udaiveer Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 fairly states that there cannot be any occasion for stoppage of salary of the petitioner and thus it is prayed that aforesaid notice be quashed to the aforesaid extent.

5 . Considering the aforesaid, notice dated 05.08.2024 to the extent it stops the salary of the petitioner, is quashed. Consequences to follow.

6 . The petition is allowed in part.

¶13

7 . It is made clear that this Court has not interfered with the remaining portion of the notice.
