Hon'ble Rajnish Kumar,J.
Shri Anuj Kudesia, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner was appointed for a period of 1 year on contractual basis but his services could not have been terminated by means of a stigmatic order without affording any opportunity which has been done by means of the punitive order dated 11.11.2024.
Shri Anurag Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 submits that the petitioner is working in the interest of the corporation, therefore, his services was terminated.
As prayed, a week's time is granted to file short counter affidavit bringing on record the material related to termination of the petitioner.
