Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent no.1, Sri Shubash Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri I.P. Singh, learned counsel for the respondents no. 2 & 3 and Sri A.P.Singh , learned counsel for the respondent no. 4.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned for payment of retiral dues such as Leave Encashment, Gratuity, arrears of salary, Provident Fund along with interest.

The petitioner was working as Waterman in Kishan Sahkari Chini Mills Ltd., Sultanpur. The petitioner got retired from services on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.03.2024. The petitioner's retirement dues as mentioned in the prayer has not been paid till date.

Sri Shubash Singh, Advocate holding brief Mr. I. P. Singh, learned counsel appearing for opposite parties no.2 & 3 submits that the Mill is facing some financial crunch and, some time may be provided to the Mill to clear admissible dues to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submission of Sri Singh, learned counsel and looking at the facts of the case, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to opposite parties 2 & 3 to clear the retirement dues of the petitioner which are admissible to him under the law within a period of two months from today.

While passing the said order, the opposite parties shall pass orders with regard to the claim of interest, as made by the petitioner.
