Heard Sri Adarsh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Pradeepta Kumar Shahi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 to 4.

Keeping in view the order proposed to be passed in the writ petition, issuance of notice to the respondent no. 5 is hereby dispensed with.

By means of the instant writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuing a direction to the respondent no. 2-District Inspector of Schools, Azamgarh, to consider for grant of approval to the selection and appointment of the petitioners on the post of Teachers in Shri Sanyasi Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya Rajadepur Sagri, Azamgarh. The Chairman/Manager of the aforesaid college had submitted a representation to the District Inspector of Schools, Azamgarh, on 09.02.2022, requesting him to take an appropriate decision regarding payment of salary to the petitioners and the petitioners had also submitted the representation on 22.05.2024, but the District Inspector of Schools, Azamgarh has not taken any decision so far.

Accordingly and with the consent of learned counsel for the

parties, the writ petition is disposed of by issuing a direction to the respondent no. 2-District Inspector of Schools, Azamgarh, to take an appropriate decision on the request made by Chairman/Manager of Shri Sanyasi Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya Rajadepur Sagri, Azamgarh, through his letter dated 09.02.2022 regarding payment of salary to the petitioners and the petitioners' representation dated 22.05.2024 submitted in this regard within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order along with a copy of the representation.
