1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner at great length and Mr. Saurabh, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
2. The petitioner was a Technical Assistant, Group C. He has now been promoted as a Senior Technical Assistant, Group B. In consequence of the aforesaid promotion, the petitioner has been transferred from Mainpuri to Chandauli.
3. Transfer is an incident of service and this transfer comes as part of a promotion, which the petitioner has earned.
4. There are no good grounds to interfere with the impugned orders.
5. This petition, consequently, stands dismissed .
