- It is argued that father of the petitioner, namely, Sarju Ram Sonkar was an Assistant Teacher in primary Vidhayala Dev Chandpur, District Ghazipur, he was superannuated on 03.06.1985 and thereafter died on 12.09.2009.
- Put up this matter as fresh on 09.08.2024.
- In the meantime, learned Standing counsel is directed to seek instructions in the matter.
