There is a consensus in the bar among the parties that the matter in question is squarely covered by judgement of this Court passed in a bunch of writ petitions leading being Writ A No. 5232 of 2024 in re: Pushkar Singh Chandel and others vs State of U.P. and others decided on 06.11.2024.
Considering the aforesaid consensus, it is provided that the petitioners in this writ petition would be entitled for the benefit of the aforesaid judgement passed by this Court in the case of Pushkar Singh Chandel (supra) .
The writ petition is allowed.
