Pendency of this petition shall not be made a ground for not not undertaking construction of the road as it is said that the same is pending since 2020. In fact, it is ordered that the opposite parties shall immediately attend to the issue and look into the matter and if it is found that the said road is required to be constructed then they shall take necessary steps in this regard as per law and while filing the counter affidavit, shall mention the steps taken in this regard.
