- Shri Shyam Singh, learned Counsel for respondent no.4Nagar Palika Parishad says that there are no permanent structures existing on the nazul land. In one corner of the nazul land there is a chabutra for conducting Ramleela whereas on the other corner there is Imam Chowk which is used by Muslims for their festivals. Vending zone has been proposed on three sides on the said nazul land.
