- This writ petition is filed seeking following relief :-
“i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Sub Divisional Magistrate Bhadohi to pass an order re-serving the sufficient Area/Land for use as a Charagah/Play Ground for general use and public purposes for the general public of the Gram Panchayat of the Gata/Araji No. 803Gha/0.5610 hectare used land situated in Gram Panchayat Jagarnathpur, Tehsil Sadar District Bhadohi.
ii) Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.
