This transfer application has been filed seeking transfer of Case No. 136 of 2024 (Pravesh Singh vs. Mansha Singh), filed under Section 13(1) of HIndu Marriage Act, from the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Balrampur to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Siddharth Nagar.
it is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that due to inadvertent mistake the present transfer application has been filed before this court, whereas, as per jurisdiction the same be filed before the Lucknow Bench of this Court.
In view of statement of learned counsel for the applicant, the transfer application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file fresh transfer application before Lucknow Bench of this court.
