Application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been filed seeking transfer of Case No. 2116 of 2019 instituted by applicant under 125 Cr.P.C. from District Sitapur to Lucknow,.
Learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant is now residing with her sister at Lucknow and is facing great difficulty in attending to the case at Sitapur.
In view of aforesaid, time is granted to the opposite party to file counter affidavit.
