The transfer application arises out of the proceedings instituted under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act.
It is contended by Shri Raj Karan Singh, learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the wife of the opposite party. The applicant ordinarily resides with her minor daughter at Siddharth Nagar. She is unable to effectively prosecute the case at the Family Court, Lucknow due to the distance between the two places. She lacks the financial resources needed for frequent travelling. Being a single lady she is particularly vulnerable.
Issue notice to the opposite party by RPAD as well as regular process.
