5 . In the meanwhile, the amount of rent deposited by the tenant before the court below shall be paid to the revisionist on her moving an appropriate application. The respondent shall also deposit the rent with effect from the date of dismissal of the suit on month to month basis in terms of the agreement, failing which, the respondent may suffers such consequences as may be decided by this Court.
