Shri Karunakar Srivastava, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant wants to withdraw this appeal because the second appeal was inadvertently filed against the order of remand. Even otherwise after remanding the case, the case has already been decided by the trial court.
In view of above, the application for condonation of delay along with appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
