This is an application for amendment in the memo of appeal to implead the legal heirs of appellant no.1 in Civil Appeal No.38 of 2022, the judgment and decree passed against which, has been challenged in this Second Appeal, which were left to be impleaded and re-number the respondents.
Accordingly the application is allowed.
Let the impleadment be incorporated within a week.
List in the 1st week of July 2024 in terms of the previous order passed by this court.
